Whabiz is an application developed and published by Bootlab (75C Cité Keur Gorgui, Dakar, Senegal). Bootlab is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when using Whabiz.

WhatsApp message confidentiality

Bootlab and Whabiz do not have access to the content of your WhatsApp conversations. Messages exchanged on WhatsApp are protected by end-to-end encryption implemented by Meta. Whabiz only interacts through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, which provides access only to the metadata necessary for order processing (phone number, content of messages sent to the business chatbot). At no point does Bootlab read, store or analyze your personal conversations.

WhatsApp phone number
Order and transaction data processed through the chatbot
Location data for delivery (with your consent)
